General Scope of Work
Working in regional and remote locations throughout Western Australia mining community to assist in drilling operations.
Provide assistance in obtaining core samples.
Setting up and dismantling of drill rig and auxiliary equipment for drilling activities.
Mobilise and demobilise drill rig and associated equipment.
Participate in external and internal training programs and courses.
Operate company vehicles, drilling equipment and associated tools.
Working a 2 & 1 roster cycle.
Carry out inspections and maintenance on associated tools and equipment.
Participate in all safety, toolbox and pre-shift meetings
Prerequisites for the position
HR-B Manual licence a must.
Able to work in remote locations in a close-knit team environment.
Pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
Clean National Police Clearance is essential (No less than 3 month old or ability to apply for a copy).
Having a strong focus on health and safety in the workplace.
