Job Description:
We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to support subsidence advisory services through scoping and managing geotechnical site investigations, subsidence remediation works (e.g. grouting), analysis of survey data (ground survey, groundwater, InSAR, LiDAR, GNSS), preparation of reports, and reviewing and interpreting geotechnical and survey reports to predict and manage mine subsidence risk on existing and future developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpreting and analysing data, identifying risk and providing sound geotechnical advice
* Conducting geotechnical risk assessments
* Communicating engineering concepts to diverse internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
* Relevant work experience in geotechnical or mining engineering
* Experience with technologies such as InSAR, LiDAR, GIS
