Surveyor - Subdivisions & Land Development Projects
About the Company & Role: The company is a very reputable and successful business who has formed an excellent reputation amongst their employees and clients within the local civil construction & engineering industry. As a business who's been around for more than 20 years, they've established themselves as one of the preferred land development contractors in the state. They have an impressive fleet of machinery and certainly a business who embraces technology. The role will see you report into the Survey Manager; you will utilise your set of skills and experiences to manage your daily tasks with a high level of autonomy. The role will be primarily based on projects throughout the Perth metro region.

The role will see you responsible for:
* General Construction Set Outs
* Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, reports and dockets.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met.
* Conduct comprehensive control surveys on land sites and properties.
* Measure property boundaries and land features based on reference points.
* Examine previous land records and survey data to verify accuracy.
* Prepare detailed maps, reports, and presentations of survey results for management & clients.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
* Loading designs on GPS Machines
Experience Required:
* Hold a relevant tertiary Surveying qualification
* Min 2 years post graduate experience as a Surveyor
* Must hold experience working as a Surveyor on subdivision projects
* Proficiency in using surveying technology, equipment and tools (12D, Trimble, Autocad) - Desirable
* Experience with Trimble Software, GPS, Topcon Machine, Total Stations and Machine Guidance technology – Desirable
* Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Valid & Current Driver's license
* Hold a White Card
