Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a customer service professional to fill this key leadership role at our Wagga Wagga East location.
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, optimizing store operations and fostering a positive work environment.
* Retail management or leadership experience is essential, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and motivating high-performing teams.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, with knowledge in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety and compliance with workplace health and safety programs.
* Mechanical experience is highly valued.
