About the role:
Lead a well-maintained portfolio of 180 properties with leasing, inspection and accounts support. Reporting to a highly supportive leadership team, you will be part of an established brand going through exciting growth, that offers an opportunity for you to step into a future Head of Department position.
* Manage portfolio of 180 properties
* Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings
* Oversee arrears, bond and insurance claims
* Rent reviews and lease renewals
* Nurture relationships with landlords and tenants

Experience required:
* 10 years managing a portfolio
* Class 2 Real Estate License
* Driver's license and reliable car
* Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Leadership skills desirable
* Stable work history
