Overview
MDC Legal seeks an experienced lawyer with employment law and/or litigation experience and strong drafting and advocacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise and act in all State and Federal employment, discrimination and industrial jurisdictions, common law and restraint of trade matters.
- Work with a diverse client base across large and small employers from a range of industries, public and private sectors, local governments, regulatory authorities and senior executives.
- Conduct workplace investigations; advise on disciplinary and performance management matters; draft contracts and workplace policies and procedures; advise on employment/industrial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructures and redundancies.
- Fulfill leadership and mentoring roles.

Qualifications
- Experience in employment law and/or litigation with solid drafting and advocacy skills.
