**The Role**
Electromagnetic Warfare and Intelligence Systems Land SPO (EWIS Land) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Manager. As the EL 1 SPO Business Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities including workforce management and planning, commercial support and contract management, SPO security, data integrity and governance and assurance activities.
Other key responsibilities include oversight of procurement processes in accordance with Defence policy and the coordination and management of SPO reporting requirements. This role provides key support and direction to all business units within the SPO through the management of critical tasking, assistance with high level executive reporting, implementation of the SPO Business Plan and providing any financial management support across the SPO that is not supported by the Defence Finance Group. The Business Manager leads a diverse team to deliver critical strategic and administrative support and is a key liaison position for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with, and in support of, the EWIS Land SPO Director and contribute by driving continuous improvement and capability uplift within the team.

Within CASG, the Joint Systems Division (JSD) is responsible for acquiring, in many cases integrating and sustaining, command and control systems, deployable network systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and electronic warfare systems, communications systems, satellites and wide area surveillance systems and guided weapons and munitions.
