Senior Pharmacy Technician
Alfred Health, a leader in health care delivery, improvement, research and education, is seeking qualified professionals to fill the role of Senior Pharmacy Technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Health (Hospital Pharmacy Technician) or equivalent and a minimum of three years full-time experience as a qualified Pharmacy Technician. Strong supervisory and training skills are also required, as well as experience with data collection for audit or research purposes.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Rotating through different pharmacy departments, including Aseptic Services, Procurement and Distribution, Inpatient Services, and Ward Based and Medication Management
* Collaborating closely with pharmacists to ensure the best possible care for patients
* Participating in ongoing professional development through Medication Management Technician roles
