Responsibilities
Support delivery of HR advisory, compliance and operational services across multiple client organisations
Build positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Work with our HR team to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes aligned with client needs
Contribute to the ongoing development of HR frameworks, systems and tools
Engage in continuous learning and professional development
Collaborate across our HR, WHS and QA teams to support integrated service delivery
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, client interaction and problem-solving — and who wants to genuinely influence outcomes across many businesses instead of just one.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Management or a related discipline
Approx.
10+ years' experience in HR generalist roles (consulting experience highly regarded but not essential)
Strong working knowledge of Fair Work, modern awards and HR best practice
Demonstrated experience in document development, policy writing and HR process improvement
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Clear, confident and professional communication skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment, initiative and confidentiality
A genuine interest in consulting and working across diverse industries
Most importantly, you enjoy building meaningful relationships and supporting clients through change, growth and everyday HR challenges.
