What you'll do:
We're looking for a commercially minded and strategic leader to take the reins of our Campbell Town branch in Tasmania. With a strong focus on agronomy services, cropping, animal health, and general merchandise, you'll:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team across sales, agronomy, and operations
Drive branch performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and execution
Build strong relationships with local growers and customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Manage working capital and stock levels to meet financial targets
Champion a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement
Represent Nutrien Ag Solutions in the local community and industry events
What you'll bring:
Proven leadership experience in a branch, sales, or agribusiness management role, including demonstrated experience in people management, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business growth
A deep understanding of rural products and services, particularly in agronomy, cropping, and animal health
A strategic mindset with the ability to align local operations with broader business goals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and team members
A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for supporting Australian farmers
A current driver's licence and the flexibility to travel locally as needed
