Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Payroll Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, handling garnishments and payroll taxes, and administering employee benefits. Daily tasks include processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Qualifications
* Payroll Administration, Payroll Management skills
* Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits
* Knowledge of Modern Awards (interpretation) and fair work regulation
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
* Experience in the workforce management industry is a plus
* Experience in startups or scaleups is a plus
