Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to transform the employee experience with a personalised face-to-face IT support service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software issues, escalated by staff members, and will work in a well-established organisation based in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Supporting technical office assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and core application support for desktops such as Office 365 apps.
* Face-to-face first-level support troubleshooting while providing a friendly and professional service.
* Assisting the IT Service Desk by providing incident support to restore service to internal staff.
Requirements include:
* A self-motivated dynamic person with a sound technical background.
* Experience as an IT Level 1 support provider, providing remote and face-to-face troubleshooting to users.
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
