About the Role
As a Recruitment Trainee / Office all-rounder, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring a outstanding experience for both clients and candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in recruitment while working in a friendly, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for phone inquiries and walk-in candidates
- Assist with candidate interviews and job placements
- Handle data entry, filing, and general office administration
- Support payroll and invoicing tasks with attention to detail
- Assist with Advertising and Marketing
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-presented and professional manner
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
