The role involves selling orthopaedic instruments to surgeons in Canberra, consolidating existing successful business relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales to Orthopaedic surgeons in Canberra while liaising with National and International Key Opinion Leaders.
* Responsible for increasing usage of these instruments across hospital departments.
* Organise presentations to surgeons, establish trials with staff training and provide theatre support for surgeons.
* Meet quarterly and yearly sales quotas.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in Canberra.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Sound Territory Management and Key Customer Relationships.
* Excellent Time Management Skills.
* Strong Negotiation Skills.
* The Ability to Work with others as part of a Team is Essential.
* Tertiary Qualifications are Preferred in a Scientific, Allied Health Field Specifically Physiotherapy/OT or Marketing.
* Previous device sales experience.
* Previous theatre experience.
* Experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Good communication & presentation skills.
* Ability to adapt & learn quickly.
