When you join Honeywell, you become part of a performance-driven culture composed of diverse leaders, thinkers, innovators, dreamers, and doers shaping the future.Product Manager - SecurityThis position involves product marketing, identifying customer segments, setting product portfolios, pricing, and other marketing roles within Honeywell Commercial Security in the Pacific region. The goal is to drive profitable, above-market growth through strategic and tactical marketing programs and managing product marketing across Commercial Security and key STRAP initiatives for Honeywell Fire & Security Pacific.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-the-ground insights and support strategic marketing focus for products, channels, and ISC strategies across categories and LOBs.Implement key STRAP initiatives using HOS principles and X-Matrix tools for flawless execution.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop long-term business strategies.Assist regional teams in planning and executing the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on revenue, profitability, and working capital.Manage a portfolio of Honeywell offerings, launch new products, and promote adoption.Develop and execute regional channel programs and manage distributor policies to optimize volume and margins.Conduct competitive analysis and advise on strategic responses.Organize product promotion events to increase brand awareness and channel competency.Develop tactical marketing strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and operational management.Oversee the SIOP process through portfolio management and demand forecasting, ensuring alignment with AOP.Minimum RequirementsUndergraduate degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred.Strong knowledge of Office Automation tools.Professional Skills & KnowledgeProduct and Channel Management experience in a B2B environment, preferably in Building Controls or Security industry.Technical expertise in Access Control, Intrusion, and Video management.Proven marketing communication skills, including VOCs, market segmentation, and product launches.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and demonstrate business acumen.Understanding of market and technology trends linked to business strategy.Financial modeling, opportunity and risk assessment skills.About HoneywellHoneywell has over 100 years of innovation, from aerospace to healthcare sensors, supporting NASA missions since the 1950s.
