About the role:
This is a brand new opportunity for a full time Packing Team Leader to join the team!
As the Packing Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing packing team and ensure the efficient daily operations of the department. This includes overseeing workflows, team performance, and stakeholder collaboration. Working closely with the Pharmacist Manager, you will manage administrative tasks and external communication to maintain high-quality packing services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
About You:
To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:
o Certificate III In Community Pharmacy (Dispensary stream) or equivalent knowledge and competence
o Experience in dispensing and Dose Administration Aid packing
o Written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
o Ability to coordinate packing and administrative tasks efficiently
o High level of accuracy and attention to detail
o Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and show initiative
