Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Dance Tutor looking to help develop the skills of young dancers in a fun and energetic environment?
MLC School Dance Co-curricular Dance is an after-school program that facilitates dance lessons to MLC School students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. The program runs Monday to Thursday during school terms and offers lessons in a variety of styles.
We are currently seeking new tutors (this would suit university students or studio dance teachers) to join our vibrant and collaborative team in 2026.
Successful candidates will:
* Have availability during school terms from Monday - Thursday between 2:40pm to 6:15pm (These hours are flexible, and accommodations of rostered hours can be made)
* Have availability for occasional weekend competitions and rehearsals
* You will have experience in teaching and choreographing large group routines across a variety of styles, including:
* Jazz Dance
* Hip Hop
* Pom
* Contemporary
* Ballet
Successful candidates will be required to obtain a valid Working with children check clearance and a First Aid Certificate prior to commencement.
