A significant part of the practice is defending insurance brokers, underwriters and other professionals in disputes involving professional negligence, breach of contract, misleading or deceptive conduct, insolvent trading, shareholder oppression and breach of directors’ duties. The team also acts on D&O matters and regularly advises on coverage issues arising under financial lines policies.
