We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator to fill this key position in our dynamic team at our Ballarat location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage debtor accounts and collections
* Process debtor credit applications
* Conduct daily bank reconciliations
* Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and facilitate timely payments, resolving issues where necessary
* Maintain the accounts receivable database
* Train branch staff on accounts receivable policies and procedures
* Provide support for other administrative operations

* Proven experience in accounts receivable
* A quick learner with excellent administration skills and high attention to detail
* Superb communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
* Professional attitude towards colleagues, customers, and suppliers

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
