* Proven experience in retail, hospitality or financial services.
What you'll do:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers at NAB Lismore branch.
* Identify suitable products and services such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options and make banking simple, easy and secure.
We're looking for:
* Passion for delivering gold‑class experiences.
* Team player with keen attention to detail ensuring each transaction is efficient and accurate.
* Customer‑centric thinking and appreciation for inclusion.
Hours and location
8:30am – 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Wednesday 8:30am – 5:30pm and 9:00am – 5:30pm Thursday.
