About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the go‑to person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. No two days are the same, from managing reception and organising parts to helping the workshop crew stay organised.
Your responsibilities will include:
Day to Day Duties
* Handling phone calls, emails, and front‑office enquiries
* Managing bookings, scheduling jobs, and updating calendars
* Adding invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounts tasks
* Data entry and maintaining digital records
* Assisting with reconciling, timesheets, and general office support
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal staff
* Keeping the office organised, stocked, and running smoothly
* Supporting management with admin tasks as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, reliable, and a great communicator
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Confident using computers and learning new systems
* Able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
* A team player with a positive, \"pitch in\" attitude
* Experienced in administration (preferred but not essential — the right attitude counts!)
* Simpro and Xero experience is advantageous
