Platforms Manager Contract | Enterprise Environment The Opportunity We’re looking for a senior Platforms Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise platform services within a large, complex environment. This is a high-impact role sitting across cloud, data, and DevSecOps, with a strong focus on running platforms as a product. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end platform delivery, driving strategy, uplift, and ensuring platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of cloud and platform services across AWS and enterprise environments Define and execute platform strategy aligned to architecture and business objectives Partner with stakeholders across architecture, business, and engineering to evolve platform offerings Drive adoption of platform services across cloud, SaaS, and PaaS Oversee secure, reliable operation of cloud and supporting platforms Lead continuous improvement through automation and best practice Ensure strong governance, security, and compliance Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team Deliver complex cloud and data platform initiatives Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Platforms Manager, Platform Lead, or similar senior role Strong AWS expertise across architecture, delivery, and operations Experience with data and streaming platforms such as Snowflake or Confluent Strong DevOps and DevSecOps capability CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK) Strong understanding of IAM, secrets management, and platform security Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Nice to Have Exposure to graph databases Experience with AI or emerging platforms Apply through the link provided, or email jessica.mai@hudson.com quote REF249319 for any queries Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
