Account Executive
Full-time Sydney role offers the chance to join a well-connected, collaborative sales team known for its strong vendor relationships and growing NSW footprint.
In this role you will:
- Consult with customers to understand needs and shape value‑led maintenance solutions.
- Partner closely with vendors and internal specialists to deliver high‑impact outcomes.
- Negotiate new, renewal and takeover maintenance contracts.
- Strengthen long‑term customer and vendor relationships built on trust and credibility.
- Contribute to strategic account planning and pipeline development.
- Prepare proposals and tender responses that clearly differentiate offerings.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and manage opportunities within Salesforce.
About You
- Experienced in IT sales, account management or presales, with a strong record against revenue targets.
- Skilled at building durable customer and vendor relationships.
- Clear, confident and compelling in your communication and documentation.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Capable of crafting strong proposals and managing multiple opportunities.
- Motivated by growth, challenge and winning recent business.
- Experience with NSW Government accounts and familiarity with ICTA, MIICTA and Core& is a nice bonus.
Experience working with or selling major technology vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE, Fortinet, F5, Lenovo, Pure or IBM will be highly regarded, particularly where existing relationships or established vendor engagement experience can support success in this role.
