About The Role
You'll be working alongside experienced clinicians including social workers, nurses, paediatricians, and allied health professionals—committed to providing exceptional care to families in our community. You'll be the Administrative Officer responsible for the smooth running of the service, acting as the first point of contact for families and service providers. Your strong communication and organisational skills will support both the team and our clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the multidisciplinary team
* Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and public enquiries
* Manage the service email inbox and process incoming and outgoing mail
* Oversee accurate data entry for child behaviour and caregiver checklists
* Maintain and manage both electronic and physical patient records
* Record and track maintenance requests for the service
* Coordinate the booking system for fleet vehicles, ensuring availability and efficient use
About You
* You're organised, efficient, and confident managing multiple tasks at once
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* You thrive in a team environment and are always willing to lend a hand
* You are confident working with databases, Microsoft Office, and internal systems
* Experience in a healthcare or community service setting is an advantage
