Manage family law files for a private client base | Contemporary offices located at Southport | Excellent salary on offer.
The Role
Within this role, you will work alongside a team of family lawyers, including family law accredited specialists. Duties will include:
- Drafting family law documents and correspondence
- Liaising directly with clients
- Preparing and drafting briefs, assisting with trial preparation, assisting with maintaining case files, court orders and affidavits.
- Online court filing and liaising with the Family Law Court
- Coordinating meetings and conferences.
- General administration tasks as required.
Your Experience
You will have 2+ years Family Law Paralegal experience. You will also have very strong client service skills and organisational skills.
