Job Description
* Lead the design management of complex rail infrastructure projects across all stages (feasibility, concept, detailed design, and delivery).
* Ensure compliance with relevant rail standards, codes, and safety regulations.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing design teams across ANZ.
* Build and maintain solid client relationships with transport authorities, contractors, and partners.
* Prepare high-quality design documentation, reports, and executive briefings that enable clear, timely decisions.
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in rail infrastructure design and delivery.
* Chartered status (CPEng or equivalent) and eligibility/membership with Engineers Australia or Engineering New Zealand preferred.
* Strong experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and integration.
* Experience working within ANZ rail environments and regulatory frameworks.
* Proven delivery across multi-disciplinary rail programs (stations, corridors, systems, structures) with strong interface management.
