You must be able to work flexible hours and hold a current forklift and/or telehandler licences.

As a production team member, you will be an integral part of operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant producing baled hay and straw delivering quality feed to our customers both domestically and overseas.
Our Production Team Members are responsible for ensuring the safe & efficient operation of roles such as telehandler driver, String Puller, X Ray, Plant Operator & Container Loading. Team members will rotate through these roles according to their skill and experience.

* Self-starter who is responsible, reliable, and accountable
* Ability to work flexible hours and shift work
* Forklift licence
* Good communication skills, both oral & written
* Strong attention to detail
* Commitment to adhering to the safety, quality, and environmental requirements of the business
* Previous experience working in a production environment (desirable)
* Telehandler experience will be advantageous; and
* Ability to actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
