We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the State Manager and coordinate daily office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the State Manager, including drafting reports, correspondence, and presentations.
* Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing meetings, and liaising with external IT providers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
* Assist in coordinating regular staff events and client meetings.


Requirements:

* Similar experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
* Friendly, outgoing, and confident nature, with a proactive and solutions-focussed approach.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
