Finance Analyst

6-8 month Part-Time contract.

As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting decision-making across the organisation. This role will see you working closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful analysis, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to business leaders
- Assist with components of month-end close, including journal postings
- Prepare and deliver management reporting packs
- Partner with non-financial stakeholders to provide clear financial insights and guidance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and analysis
About You:
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial/management reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach
- CA/CPA qualified or currently studying (advantageous)
