Personal Care Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating positive health and well-being options for individuals, their families, and carers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centred care duties, including assistance with medication and wound dressing
* Supporting residents in daily living activities
* Working collaboratively with each resident to continue doing the things they love
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)
* Ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties
* Desire and willingness to work collaboratively with residents to empower them to continue doing the things they love
* Care skills driven by compassion
* Experience in aged care desirable
* Current First Aid Certificate desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player who is highly motivated
* Availability to work various shifts across various days
