You will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and detailed costings for premium homes that demand the highest standards of craftsmanship and material selection. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for bespoke, double-storey luxury residences. Complete accurate take-offs from complex architectural and structural plans. Source and negotiate competitive pricing with premium suppliers and specialist trades. Identify project risks and provide cost-effective solutions for high-spec designs.
