Role Highlights
In this role, you will support clients in our Learning and Lifestyle Centre and SIL homes by helping them participate in learning programs, recreation, and social activities aligned with their NDIS goals. You will assist individuals to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or require additional support at home. No two days are the same at Endeavour Foundation!
Key Responsibilities
Help clients achieve their NDIS goals by developing skills in areas like housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting.
Assist with personal care to meet individual needs.
Support meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and community outings.
Support daily activities such as walks, outings, and appointments.
Maintain connections with family, friends, and community services.
Qualifications & Skills
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
The ability to meet physical requirements, including manual handling tasks.
Commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willingness to obtain or hold a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance.
