This role can open doors across logistics, supply chain coordination, inventory control, operations leadership and broader manufacturing pathways.
What You’ll Be Learning
As a Warehouse Trainee, you will gain skills in:
* Receiving and dispatching goods
* Picking, packing and preparing orders
* Operating warehouse equipment (with full training provided)
* Managing stock control and inventory systems
* Following workplace safety procedures and quality standards
* Working within a fast-paced team environment
* Using digital systems for tracking and documentation
You’ll work in a Somersby facility with full safety systems, PPE, structured supervision and ongoing support.
Who Should Apply?
You do not need prior warehouse experience.
We’re looking for women who are:
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Practical and hands-on
* Reliable and punctual
* Physically active and comfortable in a warehouse setting
* Team-oriented with good communication skills
* Ready to step confidently into a growing industry
You might currently work in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or be finishing school and unsure of your next step.
