HR Virtual Staff and Admin Assistant for NDIS Business In Australia
Hello,
We need a Professional Virtual Assistant skilled in Human Resource management, Admin and Social Media Management. You will be working for a small business located in Australia. Knowledge in NDIS would be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications based on established criteria.
- Schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) and send calendar invitations.
- Prepare and send offer letters and new hire paperwork.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up access to HR systems, coordinating initial training schedules, and ensuring a smooth virtual integration.
- Conduct initial background checks and reference checks as needed.
- Social media marketing and management (such as posting, creating adverts, graphic design).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR management, administrative support, and social media management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems.
- Knowledge of NDIS is preferable.
