What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting participants with a range of everyday and community-based activities, including:
* Supporting social and community participation
* Assisting with daily living tasks to promote independence
* Providing personal care, where required
* Completing domestic tasks such as washing, dishes, and general household tidying
* Supporting routines, confidence, and skill development
* Encouraging choice, dignity, and participant voice
* Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Availability
* High availability across weekdays and/or weekends
* Flexibility to meet participant support needs
* Commitment to rostered shifts and ongoing supports
* Consistency is essential as our participants rely on familiar, dependable support workers.

Qualifications
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
