The Role
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing field based support customers, working in collaboration with colleagues, to resolve customer affecting technical issues promptly and in line with agreed SLA's.
Responsibilities
* Respond to breakdown calls
* Fault finding / diagnose and rectify common & more complex problems
* Support equipment installation - Scheduled routine maintenance of equipment
* Own your group of customers and deliver on agreed outcomes
* Support a broader environment and contribute to team success
Requirements
* Certificate III Engineering Mechanical Trade (Fitter) is essential.
* A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing gears and pump products.
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work to set KPI's
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
