Procurement and Contracts Officer | Part-time 0.8 FTE | Hybrid We’re looking for a detail-oriented Procurement and Contracts Officer to join a purpose-led organisation delivering essential services across Victoria. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things procurement and contract management — from drafting and negotiating agreements to managing supplier onboarding, renewals, and compliance. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the organisation’s partnerships and purchasing run smoothly and deliver real value. What you’ll be doing: Lead and support procurement activities across the organisation, including RFQs, supplier engagement, and evaluation processes Oversee the full contract lifecycle — including drafting, reviewing, tracking milestones, and coordinating renewals Maintain accurate records, including the central contracts register and supplier documentation Provide advice on procurement policies, probity, and compliance Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive value-for-money outcomes About you: You’ve worked in procurement or contract management, ideally within a regulated or service-based setting (e.g. NFP, healthcare, government, education) You're detail-driven and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving Confident working across teams and building strong supplier relationships You value ethical practice, accountability, and inclusive workplaces What's on offer: Permanent part-time position (0.8 FTE) Highly flexible role with only 1 day in office per week required Supportive, engaged team with genuine flexibility Be part of a values-driven organisation with a strong social impact
