The business delivers multiple projects at a time, works with a consistent trade base, and backs its site teams properly. Senior management are visible, approachable, and invested in maintaining a safe, supportive working environment.
They're currently delivering a new industrial headquarters and distribution facility on Brisbane's northside and are adding a Foreman to the site team to support construction delivery as the project moves through its early stages.
The Role
You'll work closely with a very experienced Site Manager, helping run the site day to day and keep work moving efficiently.
You'll be involved in:
* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and suppliers
* Managing material deliveries and site activities
* Running site safety, including inductions and toolbox talks
* Assisting with short-term programming and lookaheads
* Liaising with the project team to keep works aligned to program
* Providing regular progress updates
* Supporting a steady, organised workflow on site
This is a hands-on Foreman role, suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground and taking responsibility for how the site runs.
