With a strong track record in residential estates, industrial subdivisions, and mixed-use developments, they are trusted by clients to provide high-quality, practical, and sustainable engineering outcomes.The business is committed to professional development and a collaborative team culture, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while supporting your long-term career growth.The RoleAs a Civil Engineer – Land Development, you will:Deliver the design and documentation of subdivisions, roads, drainage, sewer, water, and utilities.Prepare detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D / 12D models, stormwater analysis, and technical drawings.Liaise with councils, service authorities, surveyors, contractors, and planners to ensure project approvals and smooth delivery.Contribute to feasibility studies, master planning, and cost estimates.Provide technical support during construction, including responding to RFIs and resolving on-site design queries.Maintain accurate project documentation, timesheets, and quality processes.Foster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.Support junior engineers and drafters by sharing technical knowledge and reviewing work.Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
Demonstrated experience in land development, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects (residential and/or industrial).
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or 12D (required).
