This role will partner with all in-market AU HRBPs and the regional human resources team to deliver the day-to-day support. He/She will be the key point of contact for all employees for payroll and HRIS related matters. The talent will provide key support to the Head of HR for all HR operational matters.
We are seeking an excellent team play with strong ability to communicate with different stakeholders and time management. This will be a 360-human resources generalist position.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Operations & Payroll
* Work closely with regional HR operations team in Singapore to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
* Fully responsible for the maintenance of all HRIS, including data input and accuracy; Provide support to all employees and all line managers, including user training
* Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly HR reports and organisation chart updates
* Support HRBPs for contract and other legal document preparations
* Fully responsible for all regulatory reports, e.g. WGEA
* Maintain employee personnel files to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards
* Provide updates to the HR teams, in-market and regional, for changes in compliance, e.g. Fair Work
* Manage visa tracking and perform regular VEVO checks to ensure work eligibility compliance
* Oversee all HR vendor and invoice processing, including vendor creation, invoice tracking
* Prepare staff information for staff sales events for Fashion Group and for sister maisons
Employee Relations
* Oversee end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, including contract preparation, system access coordination, and welcome briefings to ensure a smooth Day One experience; Support tracking of probation to ensure line managers complete probation reviews with adequate documentation
* Support rollout of new joiner inductions
* Manage offboarding processes, including exit documentation, final payment coordination, system deactivation, and compliance with local HR procedures
* Support rollout of employment engagement activities
Talent & Operations
* Support end-to-end recruitment process, could be from job posting, reference checks, offer extension
* Support the build of a robust talent database
* Support the coordination of training programs and the maintenance of training records
* Support the planning and communications of all talent initiatives which include post training reviews
REQUIREMENTS
* 5 – 7 years of relevant HR experience; Experience from retail/hospitality/FMCG industry will be an advantage though not essential
* Degree holder in human resources management or related discipline
* Sensitive with numbers, ability to put things into order
* Organized with excellent time management, ability to multitask with tight timeline
* Immaculate attention to details and accuracy
* Effective communications skills with a business-first mind set
* Good PowerPoint skillsets and good English writing ability
