Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People and Performance Business Partner. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our HR systems and processes to ensure smooth and efficient people and performance operations.
In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and enhance HR systems that align with our strategic goals. You will be working closely with the People & Performance team to administer and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS), ATS, and LMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize HR systems and processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and enhance HR systems
* Administer and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS), ATS, and LMS platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in HR Management or a related field
* At least 5 years' experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner, preferably in a blue-collar or manufacturing environment
* In-depth knowledge of Australian Industrial Relations, relevant awards, and workplace health and safety legislation
* Proven experience supporting and implementing HR systems, processes, and change management initiatives
