Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven leadership experience in developing, supporting & managing teams

Desire and willingness to learn, follow instructions, adjust and deliver results
Requirements:
Diploma in Children’s Services / Community Services / ECEC (or equivalent)
Past experience in a management role at a child care centre business
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework & Regulations
Current Working with Children Check
Current Police Check
Recognised Child Protection Training
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members for success
Lead & promote positive, supportive and motivated exceptional team culture
Oversee daily operations to ensure delivery of high-quality education and care
Team rostering & manage the delivery of monthly events
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Achieve and manage business performance and KPI's
Drive marketing and enrolments to maintain strong occupancy
Introduce innovative ideas to continually improve quality and performance
Suggest, discuss and assist management to implement new procedures
Nominated Supervisor and Responsible person
