Senior Analyst Pattern Planning & Rostering

----------------------------------- Main Accountabilities:
• Construct Cabin Crew patterns and roster solutions that meet operational objectives
• Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain accurate and compliant flight schedules and rosters
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
• Identify process improvements and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Aviation, Business, Finance, Logistics) or equivalent experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think commercially
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a focus on delivering results
