We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Port Hedland team and drive sales in the region. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while also driving sales across a dedicated territory through sound strategic planning and sales excellence.
Your key responsibilities include:

* Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse team members
* Effectively managing site pick and pack, local manufacturing, and customer specific testing work
* Actively driving employee engagement and improvement using feedback, data analysis, and action planning
* Building engaging relationships with customers, internal, and external stakeholders during every interaction
* Managing and leading all safety objectives including training for staff and reporting to senior leaders
To be successful, you will have:

* Previous sales experience, understanding in industrial supply or trade is an advantage
* Ability to coach, lead, and have performance discussions to support your team's growth & success
* Sales experience with a strong focus on customer service and building rapport
* Drivers licence essential and forklift licence preferred but not essential
* Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task & focus on completion of allocated tasks & reporting
