**The Role**
- The Workshop Manager role will see you coordinate, oversee, and support the operations of a highly skilled workshop team. You will leverage your experience in a similar role to align operations with business strategy. This role will also see you identify, implement, and drive efficiencies across vehicle fleet, maintenance and equipment repair schedules, inventory and stock management, deliveries, and safety. Your genuine approach to individual abilities and diversity in the customer base, in-depth technical knowledge, and strong team management experience will see you succeed in this exciting role. _
**Duties**
- Manage the workshop team to ensure all KPIs are met
- Identify and implement process to increase efficiencies
- Maintain plant and equipment to ensure a safe and functional workshop environment
- Provide key workforce and inventory communications and reporting
- Ensure fleet vehicles are managed to servicing and cleaning schedule
**Skills & Experience;**
- Previous experience in a technical workshop role
- Trade skills background such as maintenance, auto-tech, automotive, boiler maker or similar would be advantageous
- Demonstrated team management, stock and inventory management experience
- Intermediate computer skills or above
- A genuinely hardworking and caring approach to working with others
