Job Description
We're looking for a skilled UX Designer to help build next-generation AI-enabled experiences, used by enterprise customers globally. As a UX Designer at our company, you'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and domain specialists to define the look, feel, and flow of our AI-enabled workforce management applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
* Create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
* Develop and maintain design systems across web and mobile platforms.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate designs into high-quality implementations.
* Conduct usability testing and interpret data to drive continuous design improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications.
* Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
* Experience in multi-language design.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
* Experience with AI interactions as well as mobile-first and accessibility design.
