Construction Lead
This role is open for experienced professionals with a relevant tertiary qualification and 2-6 years of experience in similar roles.
Main Responsibilities:
* To review contracts, lead negotiations, and engage stakeholders to ensure strong commercial outcomes.
* To join a dynamic team contributing to transformative infrastructure projects.
* We are looking for an experienced professional who can hit the ground running in this role, working closely with our construction partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
1. A degree in law or business administration would be highly regarded by management as would significant experience working on major infrastructure projects in an administrative capacity.
The ability to perform under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of integrity is expected as well. Other Key skills include contract negotiation and drafting skills and effective stakeholder engagement including Senior level Stakeholders whom may require sensitive discussions over complex issues which demand professionalism..
