As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all passengers between the terminal and the aircraft. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional and safe service, working collaboratively with others while maintaining safety as top priority.
The ideal candidate will have strong personal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to manage their time effectively. They will also be physically capable of handling passenger baggage and manoeuvring wheelchairs as required.
