The Opportunity
VillageOSHC, part of The Extend Group, is looking for an OSHC Service Assistant at Manifold Heights Primary School to play, teach, and care for children in a safe learning environment during Outside School Hours Care.
The Role
* Provide care before school (07:00 AM - 09:00 AM) and after school (3:30 PM - 6:00 PM).
* Availability for 5 days, Monday to Friday.
* Deliver quality activities that are safe, fun, educational, and stimulating.
* Supervise and support children.
* Prepare and serve healthy food options.
* Create an engaging, positive environment.
* Build relationships with colleagues, children, families, and the school community.
About You
* Engaging and warm personality.
* Focus on child safety and understanding of mandatory reporting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Certificate III or higher in Children’s Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care, or studying towards (desirable).
* Active Working with Children Check.
* First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training (or willingness to obtain).
