We are seeking an Events Manager to help deliver exceptional brand events and VIP experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver our annual events and client experience calendar.
* Create luxury client events, VIP moments, and in‐boutique activations.
* Partner with the Brand, CRM, and Boutique teams to drive engagement and loyalty.
* Manage agencies, suppliers, budgets, and event timelines.
* Use client insights to shape targeted engagement and gifting initiatives.
* Support international events and trunk shows.
* Ensure all experiences reflect our brand aesthetic and meet KPIs.
* Oversee end‐to‐end event logistics, including planning, guest lists, run sheets, and reporting.
* Develop event concepts and creative briefs that bring the Paspaley story to life.
* Collaborate across the business to ensure seamless delivery of all experiences.
About You
* Experience in events coordination or events management (luxury environments ideal).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A refined eye for luxury brand aesthetics.
* Strong organisation, multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
* Calm, solutions‐focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, teams and partners.
* Qualifications in marketing, events, or related areas are highly regarded.
